A New Pub on the Rise
When I was young, I wanted to be a journalist. After I read a cute story called Harriet the Spy, by Louise Fitzhugh, about a girl who writes notes, facts, and fiction about everyone she sees, I started carrying a notebook with me and haven’t stopped since. The only difference is I don’t spy on people as Harriet did.
Somedays, I’d imagine running a small newspaper, writing stories, or working as an editor. When I created FlashPo it suddenly occurred that my childhood dreams, which I thought were long forgotten and are coming true.
What is FlashPo Press?
FlashPo is an abbreviation for Flash Fiction and Poetry Press. It’s a publication for writers who enjoy writing Flash fiction, poetry, and who write❤️ inspiring pieces that uplift hearts and brighten one’s day. I want to see “Heart” in every piece.
Why Flash Fiction?
Flash fiction is a unique short story. I’m a huge fan of Flash Fiction because, in 500 or 1,000 words, the writer creates an engaging story with a beginning, a middle, and an end. This includes…
